Monica Bravo is the co-founder of the Wellness Center of Sonoma County and is a Board Certified Health and Strategic Life Coach and experienced Yoga teacher. She offers healing modalities including Radical Forgiveness, Yoga, Reiki, Essential Oils and Energy Healing to assist clients in finding harmony and balance in their lives, knowing that SELF CARE AND SELF LOVE are essential. Monica is passionate about helping others transform limiting beliefs, increase energy and experience true joy. She believes that we are created whole and that the spirit-mind-body are inseparable.
