Judith is a retired high school teacher and now co-owner of Lightways, a metaphysical store in Brockport NY. She offers group and individual services including meditation, mindfulness, Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, Shamanic Illuminations and coordinates classes and workshops for her center.
Personal Statement: I was introduced to the Radical Forgiveness book and CD a few years ago. I began applying the RF concepts to my daily life and past painful patterns. The worksheet and strategies really changed my life and allowed me to let go and enjoy a happier and healthier life. I am excited to share this work with others as we learn to heal and grow.
