A Licensed Professional Counselor with 37 years of clinical practice, Jim holds certifications as a Grief Recovery Specialist, Clinical Trauma Specialist, Employee Assistance Clinical Specialist, and in clinical hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Areas of specialization include grief, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and working with complex medical issues (cancer, AIDS, chronic pain, etc.). Jim has a long history working with first responders (police officers, firemen, military, etc.).
